Our tools query the following third-party services to return results to you:
- Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) — for DNS record lookups
- Google DNS (8.8.8.8) — for DNS record lookups
- WHOIS servers — for domain registration data
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not send any user data to these services — only the domain name or IP address you are actively looking up.
7. Data Retention
We do not store any tool query data. Queries are made in real-time and results are returned directly to you without any logging or storage on our part.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months as per our GA4 settings, after which it is automatically deleted.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights:
- The right to access your personal data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to opt out of analytics tracking at any time
- The right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
